Shipping

Viva Global is currently shipping in India. There could be a possible delay in delivery of order due to unexpected circumstances.

Once the order is dispatched, it would be delivered within 4-5 working days.

Please Note - During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crises, your shipment could get further delayed in such cases, we will ensure delivery in the earliest possible time frame.

If the order gets returned to us due to customer unavailable or incorrect address, the customer has to pay the charges for reshipping the order to us.

If the POD copy provided by the shipping company states the customer name on it, We are not responsible for any claims made for not receiving the product by the customer.

The date of delivery is provisional as it is shipped through third party courier partners.

We try to get the order delivered close to the provided date. However, your order may be delivered prior or after the selected date of delivery.

We request you to provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.

Delivery may not be possible on Sundays and National Holidays

Delivery

For deliveries in Maharashtra and Goa, it takes a maximum 2 working days and around 4-5 working days for the rest of India. You can always track your deliveries on the shipper's website from the airway bill number from your orders.

Return Policy

If you wish to return and exchange any products, you will be required to pay for the return shipment of the product as well as re-shipping of the desired exchange. No return or exchange will be honoured if the product is damaged or used. Incase your order was damaged during transit, please get in touch with our Support Team.
